I hope that you are spreading your wings, greeting the sun each day, dancing to your greatest expression of radiance, and nourishing your body with cooling herbs, hydrating oils and rest.
Welcome to our next series… Practice. In the following weeks, you will be invited to try on for yourself a variety of guided meditations and breathing practices. Expect less words and more opportunity to explore within yourself. Some will be from my own heart and others inspired by techniques and teachers whom I will share about if utilized.
Trust in when you feel inspired to come back to something. Trust in your own experience. Trust in that there is no right way and adapt for what you may need at any given time.

We will dive right in with a guided visualization meditation for activating your day ~
Make yourself comfortable in a seated position on a chair, a cushion, in the seat of your car, any place where you will not be disturbed for the next 10 minutes. Using headphones will result in a better experience. Enjoy!
