Hello there,
As the moon grows in illumination towards her full expression on Sunday and the sun continues to fiercely express his warmth, join forces with this activating energy… allow it to move through you igniting your inspiration without forcing it.
We can both tune into this radiance AND have our feet firmly grounded in the earth. In order to hold both, I invite you to remember your breath… I invite you to tune into your life force this week as an anchor throughout all that arises. If helpful, re-visit my deeper contemplation into the power of the breath.
Breathe deeper into your belly this week. Find a few conscious breaths before you begin a new task. Inhale the aromas of your meals before you dive in. Breathe in the flavors of your neighborhood, your loved ones, your favorite incense. Remember your breath as a friend that is with you always.

Find a quiet and comfortable space for the following guided breathing and meditation. I offer suggested breath hold counts however if it ever becomes too long, always feel free to go at your own count that feels safe and comfortable for you today. Once you understand the box cycle, you can do it on your own in silence. For some it may be energizing, feel as if it regulates your system and brings focus, while for others it may be calming and reduce anxiety - tune in to how it uniquely supports you.
