As we drift through the watery and emotional cancer season whilst in the full heat and bloom of summer, give some extra love and gratitude to your heart, your body, and your spirit. Rip up your schedules and task lists the rest of this week and listen… listen to the wisdom of your being, listen to what you truly need and desire.
In the spirit of kindness towards the self, today I offer you a loving kindness meditation.
It is a prayer, a healing song, and a hug all in one. See what arises and know that you can come back to this anytime or make it your own once you understand the flow.
Make yourself comfortable in a seated position on a chair, a cushion, in the seat of your car, any place where you will not be disturbed for the next 10 minutes.
