Hello, Erin here. I am endlessly curious about this human experience, why we do the things that we do, how we interact with one another, how humans interact with the world around them, the role we may play as intermediaries between heaven and earth, as stewards of nature, and as densely organized particles of consciousness.

I am captivated by the wisdom of the heart and of the creative womb space, by big philosophical questions, and by a simple blade of grass. I have been pulled by the possibility of weaving sacredness and ritual into modern western society and continue to follow these crumbs of my own craving to be more connected in an ironically disconnected world.

Here I share sparks, lessons, and downloads from the last decade of hours spent diving deep into the following areas:

  • Mindfulness techniques

  • Our relationship to consumption and if we can do so more consciously

  • Herbalism and the cycles of nature

  • Ancient rituals and teachings inspired from Buddhism, Tantra, Hinduism, Taoism, and the Mayan culture

  • Women’s health

  • Magick and folklore

My letters are released in series that each hold an overarching theme. Some are more playful and others deeply introspective. Each of them are opportunities to slow down to inhabit ourselves more deeply and to contemplate how we might seek to show up in the world.

It is a space to remember your own teacher within and to ignite a little more magic in your day to day. I will always be a student alongside you. My hope is that I can bring to you the golden nuggets from the time I have spent experimenting, reading, listening, and traveling to dive deep into these topics….so that you can decide where to go deeper within yourself.

I give immense gratitude to the wisdom that has been carried and shared across generations and cultures making it possible for us to hear, commune, honor and interpret the lessons of those who have come before us. I give immense gratitude to all of the teachers and leaders who have informed my own path. Thank you.
